Managing Subscriptions & Billing
6.4 Managing Subscriptions & Billing
ACTIONBRIDGE operates on a paid subscription model via Microsoft 365 licensing. Every user gets a free trial for the first month. After that, usage is billed monthly — $3 USD per user, depending on your region and where the license is provisioned.
Subscription Overview
- First Month Free: All new users start with a one-month free trial.
- Paid Plan: After the trial, access continues only if a valid Microsoft 365 license (with ACTIONBRIDGE entitlement) is active.
- Billing Source: All billing is handled through your organization's Microsoft 365 license management system.
How to Check License Status
- In the ACTIONBRIDGE personal app, open the “Members” tab.
- This shows who in your organization currently holds a valid license.
- Unlicensed users will not be able to access the web app after the trial period.
Managing Licenses in Microsoft 365
- Go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Navigate to Billing → Licenses.
- Find the license that includes ACTIONBRIDGE (e.g., "ACTIONBRIDGE Plan").
- Click Assign licenses and select the users to grant access.
- Changes take effect immediately — newly assigned users can access the app right away.
Automatic License Handling in Teams
- If a user opens the ACTIONBRIDGE tab in Teams, and a license is available, registration is automatic.
- If licenses are unavailable, the user will be shown a license error and access will be restricted.
For large teams, invoice billing or regional pricing options are available. Please contact our support team if you require a private licensing agreement or reseller support.
