The ACTIONBRIDGE interface is designed to help you focus on tasks, collaborate efficiently, and find what you need without distraction. Whether you’re using the web app or Microsoft Teams tab, the layout remains consistent and intuitive.
Main Layout Overview
- Sidebar (Left): Switch between views like Tasks, Timeline, Reports, or Settings.
- Top Bar: Shows the current team or project, with quick access to notifications and user settings.
- Task Board Area: The central panel where task lists, boards, or Gantt views appear.
- Right Panel (Slide-in): Used for creating tasks, viewing task details, or adjusting filters.
Task Views
- List View: Clean, spreadsheet-style rows for fast task review and sorting.
- Board View: Kanban-style columns grouped by status or custom fields.
- Gantt View: Timeline view to manage dependencies and scheduling visually.
Quick Access Features
- Search Bar: Quickly find tasks by keyword, tag, or assignee.
- Create Task Button: Always visible in the top right for quick task entry.
- Notifications: Alert icons let you know when you're mentioned or assigned.
Tips
- Click a task to open the detail panel without leaving your current view.
- In Microsoft Teams, the interface is embedded in your team tab but mirrors the web app experience.
