Microsoft Teams App Doesn’t Load

8.2 Microsoft Teams App Doesn’t Load

If the ACTIONBRIDGE tab or personal app in Microsoft Teams is not loading properly, follow these troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve the issue.

1. Reload the Tab

  • Right-click the tab name and choose Reload tab.
  • Or use the refresh icon within the Teams interface.

2. Check Permissions

  • Make sure you are signed in with a Microsoft 365 account that has access to the project.
  • Admins can verify project access under the Members tab in the personal app.

3. Browser Compatibility

  • Teams may embed the webview using older browser engines. Ensure your Teams desktop app is up to date.
  • If using Teams web version, we recommend Chromium-based browsers like Edge or Chrome.

4. Clear Cache

  • In some cases, stale cache can cause loading issues. Try signing out of Teams and signing back in.
  • Clearing Teams app cache (via Teams settings or OS) may help persistent problems.

5. App Was Removed or Permission Changed

  • If the ACTIONBRIDGE app was removed from your tenant or permissions were revoked, you may not be able to load it until reinstallation.
  • Contact your Microsoft 365 admin if this may be the case.

If none of the above works, please visit our support page or reach out via your admin console.
