I Can’t See My Tasks

8.1 I Can’t See My Tasks

If you're unable to see your tasks in ACTIONBRIDGE, there are a few common reasons and quick steps you can take to resolve the issue.

1. Check Your Current Project or Team

  • Make sure you're in the correct project tab in Microsoft Teams or the right project view in the web app.
  • Only tasks in the currently selected project are shown.

2. Task Filters May Be Hiding Them

  • Clear any active filters such as status, assignee, due date, or search terms.
  • Look for the “Reset Filter” button near the top-right of the task view.

3. You’re Not Assigned or Not a Member

  • Tasks assigned to others might not be visible if they are marked private.
  • If you're not a member of the project, you won't see any tasks. Join the project via the Members tab.

4. Try Reloading

  • Click the refresh icon or reload the page to sync tasks with the server.
  • In Microsoft Teams, switching tabs or signing out and in again may help.

5. Still Not Showing?

  • Ask a project admin to confirm you're added as a member and that tasks are not restricted.
  • If issues persist, contact support.

Most task visibility issues are due to filters or project context. Once corrected, your tasks should appear normally.
