NDA and Private Deals

7.3 NDA and Private Deals

For enterprise users, ACTIONBRIDGE supports features to facilitate confidential collaboration, including private task visibility, NDA agreements, and limited-access workflows.

Private Task Visibility

  • Tasks can be marked as Private, making them visible only to assigned members and admins.
  • Private tasks are hidden from general project views and search results.
  • Only members explicitly added can comment or edit the task.

Confidential Channels and NDA

  • Enterprise plans include NDA compliance workflows between users and clients or vendors.
  • Private deals or negotiations can be managed within ACTIONBRIDGE with audit trails.
  • Optional watermarking or access expiration can be enabled for sensitive documentation.

Admin Controls

  • Admins can configure which users are allowed to create or access private tasks.
  • Enterprise audit reports include NDA acknowledgments and timestamped access history.
  • Export of confidential tasks requires admin approval and may be restricted based on roles.

To activate NDA-based workflows or private collaboration features, please contact your account representative or our support team.
