For enterprise users, ACTIONBRIDGE supports features to facilitate confidential collaboration, including private task visibility, NDA agreements, and limited-access workflows.
Private Task Visibility
- Tasks can be marked as Private, making them visible only to assigned members and admins.
- Private tasks are hidden from general project views and search results.
- Only members explicitly added can comment or edit the task.
Confidential Channels and NDA
- Enterprise plans include NDA compliance workflows between users and clients or vendors.
- Private deals or negotiations can be managed within ACTIONBRIDGE with audit trails.
- Optional watermarking or access expiration can be enabled for sensitive documentation.
Admin Controls
- Admins can configure which users are allowed to create or access private tasks.
- Enterprise audit reports include NDA acknowledgments and timestamped access history.
- Export of confidential tasks requires admin approval and may be restricted based on roles.
