Data Retention and Export

7.2 Data Retention and Export

ACTIONBRIDGE securely stores your data in Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Data retention policies ensure that project-related information remains accessible, auditable, and exportable based on your organizational needs.

Retention Policy

  • Task and project data is retained indefinitely unless explicitly deleted by users with permission.
  • Deleted tasks are soft-deleted and can be recovered for up to 30 days.
  • Audit logs (e.g., changes, comments, assignments) are preserved for traceability.

Exporting Data

  • Users can export tasks and activity logs via the Reports section in CSV format.
  • Admins can request full project exports including comments, metadata, and attachments.
  • Custom exports (e.g., per-user logs or monthly summaries) are available upon request.

Data Hosting Location

  • All data is hosted on Microsoft Azure servers (Japan/East Asia region by default).
  • Enterprise plans may choose alternative data regions (e.g., EU, US) upon setup.

If you need a custom export or need to comply with specific retention requirements, contact our support team or refer to your enterprise SLA.
