SSO and Microsoft Login
7.1 SSO and Microsoft Login
ACTIONBRIDGE uses Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) for secure, password-free access. This ensures users can seamlessly log in using their Microsoft 365 account—whether on the web app or inside Microsoft Teams.
How It Works
- Users sign in using their Microsoft 365 work or school account.
- No separate passwords are required for ACTIONBRIDGE.
- Authentication is handled via Microsoft Identity Platform (Azure AD).
- Access is limited to users in your Microsoft tenant with valid licenses.
Benefits of Microsoft SSO
- Security: Uses trusted Microsoft authentication and identity controls.
- Convenience: No additional accounts or credentials to manage.
- Team Onboarding: Users added to Teams can access ACTIONBRIDGE without separate invites.
What If Login Fails?
- Ensure the user is part of the correct Microsoft tenant (organization).
- Check if a valid license is assigned for ACTIONBRIDGE (see 6.4).
- Try signing in again or clearing your browser cache.
If login issues persist, please contact your Microsoft 365 administrator or our support team.
