6.3 Notification Preferences

Stay in control of what notifications you receive from ACTIONBRIDGE. Whether you prefer real-time updates or a quieter inbox, you can customize how and when you're notified of important activity.

Types of Notifications

  • Task Assignment: You’re notified when you are assigned to a task.
  • Mentions: You’ll receive alerts when someone mentions you in a comment.
  • Status Updates: Get notified when tasks you follow change status.
  • Due Date Reminders: Reminders are sent before deadlines.
  • Daily Digest (Optional): Summary of changes, due tasks, and updates.

How to Manage Your Notification Settings

  • Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  • Go to My SettingsNotifications.
  • Toggle each type of notification on or off based on your preference.
  • You can also choose between in-app only, email, or both.

Microsoft Teams Notifications

  • In Teams, you’ll receive adaptive card alerts when assigned, mentioned, or updated.
  • These alerts appear in chat or Teams activity feed, depending on your channel settings.

Tips

  • You can follow or unfollow specific tasks to control which updates you receive.
  • Digest emails can be enabled or disabled per user.

Adjusting your notification preferences helps you stay informed without being overwhelmed.
