6.1 Editing Your Profile and Icon

Your ACTIONBRIDGE profile helps others recognize who is responsible for tasks, comments, and updates. Keeping your name and icon up-to-date ensures clarity in communication and collaboration.

How to Edit Your Profile

  • Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen (on both web and Teams tab).
  • Select “My Profile” from the dropdown menu.
  • On the profile page, you can update your:
    • Display Name: The name visible to your team.
    • Profile Icon: Upload an image to represent you visually.

Uploading a Profile Icon

  • Click the current icon or placeholder image.
  • Select an image file (JPG, PNG recommended).
  • The icon will update immediately across all views.

Important Notes

  • Uploaded icons are stored securely and optimized for performance.
  • Your display name and icon are visible in task lists, comments, mentions, and reports.
  • Only you can edit your own profile.
