ACTIONBRIDGE allows you to export key project data and reports to share progress, conduct reviews, or archive task history. Whether you're preparing for a client meeting or internal audit, exports provide a structured and accessible format.

Export Options

  • Task List Export (CSV): Export all tasks within a project, including fields such as title, status, assignee, due date, priority, and comments.
  • Change Log Export: Get a full history of task updates, including who made the change, when, and what was modified.
  • Activity Report: Summary view of tasks created, completed, overdue, or reassigned within a specific period.

How to Export

  • Navigate to the project dashboard.
  • Click the Reports or Export option from the sidebar or top menu.
  • Choose the export type and filter (e.g., date range, status, assignee).
  • Click Download to generate the report in CSV format.

Tips

  • Exports include timezone and timestamp metadata for clarity.
  • Use Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools to visualize exported data further.
